A: The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower charges a $17.99 daily resort fee.
Q: Can I receive a rate and availability quote, or make a change to an existing reservation via email?
A: Reservations recommends checking the website for the most current rates and availability. They can process changes to existing reservations via email but recommend calling so that all changes will be processed as quickly as possible and the entire reservation can be re-confirmed.
Q: How do I get from the airport to the Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower?
A: Airport shuttle or taxi.
Q: How can I obtain a copy of my bill from a past stay? Who should I contact regarding a discrepancy on my bill?

A: We do not have a business center, but the concierge offers services of faxing, copying, shipping and can also email for guests. They do not offer full guest computer access and are not able to scan documents.
Q: What type of amenities are included in your rooms?
A: Standard amenities include iron and ironing board, hair dryer, air conditioning, cable TV with remote control, clock radio, table and chair.
Q: Does your hotel offer a workout facility?
A: Yes. Our Fitness Center is located in the Tower Shops. It is open 24 hours, seven days a week and is available free to hotel guests 16 years of age or older. Hotel guests swipe their room key for entrance.

A: Yes. We have plenty of free parking for guests who wish to self park. We also offer free valet parking as well. Free oversize parking is available in the lot directly across Las Vegas Boulevard (east of casino).
Q: Does your hotel provide wheelchairs?
A: Both wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available for rent from the bell desk.
Q: Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?
A: We have both standard rooms and suites that are handicapped accessible. We have rooms with wheelchair accessible showers as well as tubs with shower chairs.
Q: How many guests do you allow per room?
A: Maximum occupancy per room is four guests.

A: Yes. We have beautiful wedding chapels located on Level 103 of the Tower all with breathtaking views. We also perform ceremonies on the Level 108 Indoor and Level 109 Outdoor Observation Decks as well as a private balcony on Level 112.

A: The concierge desk can arrange a number of different basket and flower options if contacted prior to the guest arrival.

Q: How do I get to the pool? Are there fees?
A: The Level 8 Pool features an all-ages resort pool, hot tub, cafe/bar, cabanas, bikini blackjack, pool store and more. The pool is accessible via the 8th floor of our hotel. There is also a new entrance located at the south end of our casino floor between the Race & Sportsbook and ace | PLAY Center. Level 8 Pool is open seasonally. Admission is free.
Q: How do I get to the Tower from the casino floor?
A: Take the escalator across from C Bar and proceed through the Tower Shops to the Tower entrance. Or, take the escalator across from Roxy’s Diner and proceed through the showroom lobby to the Tower entrance. Guests visiting Top of the World restaurant or Level 107 Lounge can check in at the podium and use the VIP entrance. All other guests for the Observation Decks, Thrill Rides and AirBar must purchase Tower Passes through ticketing and proceed through the main Tower entrance. Hotel guests may swipe their room key card for free Tower admission at the Tower entrance.
Q: How do I become a rated player?
A: On your next visit, stop by the ace | PLAY Center to sign up for a players card. Membership is free and you’ll receive rewards based on your tracked play. In order to be rated, use your card while playing slots or table games. Insert your card in slot machine boxes to earn your rewards. While playing table games, show your card every time you buy in to receive benefits. Your ace | PLAY card is your ticket to comps, cash back, room discounts and special VIP offers.
Q: How can I apply for casino credit?
A: Casino credit is easy to apply for and in most cases can be approved in less than two days for first time casino credit applicants, and just a few hours for applicants with previously established casino credit records. Applications are available at the casino cage. Applications can also be faxed or mailed to guests and are available on the Stratosphere website.
