McCall's Heartland Grill is a restaurant like you’d find back home. Stratosphere Executive Chef Rick Giffen designed the menu specifically for people who like to enjoy a nice meal out on the town without breaking the bank. The restaurant features an array of steaks, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, and specialty items such as Prime Rib, Chile Roasted St. Louis Ribs and Barbecue Crusted Atlantic Salmon. McCall’s has an excellent wine list, great bourbons from the American whiskey trail, tasty signature cocktails, and a number of craft beers on tap. If you like delicious comfort food at comfortable prices, then McCall’s is for you. Open for Dinner 5pm – Midnight daily.

McCall's Prime Rib

Midwestern Region. Upper two thirds choice beef. 28 – 35 day aged. 16lb and down. Slow roasted with Kosher salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, fresh thyme, and rosemary.

Choice of 20oz bone-in or Chef's Cut
Served with house-baked potato, creamy horseradish and au jus.

McCall’s Whole Maine Lobster

1.5lb to 2lb Live Maine Lobster flown in daily directly from the cold waters of New England, steamed or baked with tequila lime butter to order and accompanied by traditionally prepared creamed 
tri-colored potatoes tossed in butter, parmesan and fresh herbs, 
grilled corn on the cob, Napa cabbage chayote cole slaw, 
clarified butter, and roasted lemon.
